About Kemelle
Let’s Reach Your Goals Together
Hi, I’m Kemelle Deeble (MA, RP Qualifying), a client-centered therapist committed to helping
people understand themselves more deeply, break unhelpful patterns, and build more fulfilling relationships. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and often carrying more than they let on—navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach to therapy is humanistic, relational, and culturally sensitive. I believe that people already have an innate capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to walk alongside you as you access that capacity with clarity, compassion, and intention. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect honestly, and make sense of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns shaping your life—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.
Who I Help
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating challenges related to:
Anxiety, depression, and mood regulation
ADHD and neurodivergence
Relationship difficulties Including boundary-setting, communication, and self-worth
Identity exploration and life transitions
Emotional cycles that feel hard to break
Self-harm, suicidal ideation, and histories of psychiatric care
Many of my clients are reflective, caring, and insightful, yet struggle with people-pleasing, low confidence, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you’re seeking support for current stressors or deeper self-understanding, therapy offers a collaborative space to create lasting change.
How I Work
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused
therapy, EFT (emotion- focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring our work to your goals and lived experience.
I believe therapy should feel human and relational—not clinical or detached. Together, we explore both practical coping strategies and deeper emotional themes, helping you better understand yourself, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and develop tools to manage anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. Work with my clients includes meaningful reflection alongside moments of humor and connection.
A Relational & Whole-Person Perspective
I show up to therapy as a whole person, and I see my clients the same way. My work is shaped not only by my professional training, but also by my lived experience as a second-generation Jamaican, as well as my roles as a mother, wife, and sister. These parts of my life have deepened my understanding of relationships, responsibility, cultural expectations, and the complexities of family dynamics.
My Christian faith and my understanding of how identity, culture, family systems, and community shape mental health also inform the way I practice. These perspectives are not separate from my clinical work—they are woven into how I listen, connect, and build relationships in the therapy room.
I practice with cultural humility, deep empathy, and an appreciation for the complexity of holding multiple roles and expectations. Therapy with me is grounded, relational, and collaborative, offering a space where you can be fully yourself while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is clinically informed, approachable, and deeply invested in your growth, I would be honoured to support you.
