A space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect

Thoughtful, culturally sensitive therapy rooted in compassion, insight, and whole-person care.

About Kemelle Deeble

Hey! I’m Kemelle Deeble, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering compassionate, client-centred therapy for teens, young adults, and adults across Ontario. I support folks navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach is relational, culturally sensitive, and grounded in compassion and respect for your values and lived experience. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, reflect, and move toward meaningful change, without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.

How can I help?

Family Therapy

I provide culturally informed, systems-based family therapy focused on communication,
emotional understanding, and navigating complex family dynamics. My work often includes
parent–child and parent–teen sessions, with attention to cultural context, intergenerational
experiences, and relational patterns.

Couples Therapy

I provide couples therapy informed by emotion-focused and Gottman-based approaches, with
an emphasis on communication, emotional connection, and understanding relationship patterns.
Sessions support couples seeking to strengthen their relationship or navigate challenges
together.

Individual Therapy

I provide culturally informed, emotionally focused individual therapy for teens and adults
navigating anxiety, stress, low mood, identity concerns, life transitions, and family or cultural
stressors. My work emphasizes emotional understanding, practical coping strategies, and
supportive, collaborative care.

Why do clients choose to work with me?

Culturally Responsive Care

Your culture, identity, family background, and lived experiences matter. Therapy here honours the full context of your life — including intergenerational experiences, cultural expectations, and the systems you move through.

Emotionally Focused & Relational

Rather than just managing symptoms, we work to understand emotions, patterns, and
relationships. This approach supports deeper insight, stronger emotional connection, and lasting
change.

A Collaborative, Non-Judgmental Space

You’re not here to be “fixed.” You’re here to be heard, understood, and supported. Therapy is a partnership — we move at your pace, with curiosity and respect.

Experience with Teens, Young Adults & Families

With a strong background supporting youth and families, I understand the unique pressures
teens and parents face. This perspective informs my work with individuals, couples, and
families.

Support That Respects Complexity

Life is rarely simple. Therapy here makes space for mixed emotions, layered identities, and
complex family and relationship dynamics — without oversimplifying your experience.

Psychotherapy & Counselling

Email, voicemail, and online messaging are not monitored continuously and should not be used
for urgent or emergency concerns. If you are in crisis, please use emergency services or local
crisis resources rather than waiting for a response.
