Meet Kemelle Deeble

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), BA, MACP

Hi, I’m Kemelle — and if you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’ve lost your sense of self, I can help.

Maybe you’re exhausted from overthinking, saying “yes” when you mean “no,” or holding everything together while quietly falling apart. You might’ve tried therapy before, but it felt surface-level — like no one truly understood what you were carrying.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and I help people build healthier relationships — with others and with themselves. Together, we’ll uncover repeating emotional patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and develop coping tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.

My style is warm, collaborative, and human. I use approaches like CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy to tailor sessions around you. I work best with clients who feel stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, low self-esteem, boundary struggles, or relationship challenges — and those ready to finally dig deeper.

Before private practice, I worked in crisis intervention and residential care, supporting people through some of the toughest moments of their lives. That experience helps me bring calm, compassion, and real-world understanding to every session. I’m also a second-generation Jamaican, wife, and mom of two, which grounds me in cultural humility and a deep respect for identity, family, and resilience.

Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about creating a safe space to slow down, be honest, and explore what’s been holding you back — so you can move forward feeling clearer, stronger, and more yourself again.

If you’re ready to stop just coping and start truly healing, I’d love to help you begin.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with emotional challenges, therapy can help. It’s a space to explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and work toward positive change.

What if I don’t know what to talk about in therapy?

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Your therapist will guide the conversation and help you explore what’s on your mind, even if you’re unsure where to begin.

How long does therapy take to work?

The timeline varies for everyone. Some people notice changes in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. Your therapist will work with you to set goals and track progress.

What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work?

Every therapist and approach is different. If past therapy didn’t meet your needs, it doesn’t mean it won’t work now. Finding the right therapist and method can make all the difference.

Can I afford therapy?

Many therapists offer sliding scale fees or accept insurance to make therapy more accessible. It’s worth exploring your options to find a solution that fits your budget.

Do I have to talk about everything right away?
